Key Responsibilities

  • Daily LHR HUB capacity management
  • Warehouse walk‑arounds and liaison with Operations Supervisors
  • Booking checks and monitoring
  • Airline capacity management (increasing/decreasing capacity)
  • NRU (Network Routing Updates) & FTR (Freight Transit Routings)
  • Liaising with NCC on airline handling instructions
  • Managing seasonal schedule changes (Summer/Winter) and HUB parameters
  • Daily CALMS & RAFI updates
  • Flight sheet allocation and daily update creation
  • Performance reporting (e.g. daily operations brief)
  • CALMS bookings & reservations, MAWB stock control and airline cancellation notifications
  • Developing internal knowledge of FFR/FWB/eCSD and electronic messaging
  • Setting up new electronic lanes in CALMS
  • Managing OFFNETS and HWO (Heavyweight & Oversized) Tool
  • Supporting linehaul coverage, including ad‑hoc truck bookings
