Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure they are in good working condition.
- Assist with the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Work with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to building systems and equipment.
- Help to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Assist with the planning and execution of renovation or construction projects.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Complete a Property Maintenance apprenticeship qualification.
