Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 2 PM – 10 PM

Role Overview
As the face of our Service Centre, you’ll be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers. You’ll manage queries, support operational tasks, and help maintain our high standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service face-to-face and over the phone
- Handle administrative and operational tasks efficiently
- Use multiple IT systems to support daily operations
- Act as Service Centre receptionist when needed
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and customs procedures
- Support problem resolution and redistribution of shipments
