What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide expert advice and challenge to managers on complex people matters
- Manage and analyse ER cases, identifying trends and insights
- Deliver engaging training on employee relations and employment law
- Partner with legal advisors on complex employee relations issues
- Stay ahead of employment law updates and HR trends
- Drive performance through LEADS processes, including succession planning and talent development
- Lead and support organisational change initiatives (e.g. restructures, TUPE, relocations)
- Build capability by identifying skills gaps and delivering development solutions
- Use data and insights to influence decision‑making and improve performance
- Champion digital HR tools and drive adoption across the business
- Coach and develop managers to build confidence and consistency in people management
- Build strong, trusted relationships across the business and wider DHL network
What We’re Looking For
- Proven HR experience (or leadership role with significant people responsibility)
- HR Business Partner experience within a large organisation (desirable)
- CIPD Level 5 (essential) | CIPD Level 7 or Master’s (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations
- Excellent influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insight into action
- Resilience and confidence managing complex, sensitive situations
- Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
- Continuous improvement mindset
- TUPE knowledge (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
