We’re looking for an HR Projects Graduate to join our UK HR team, supporting a diverse portfolio of HR initiatives that help drive engagement, wellbeing and continuous improvement across the business.

What’s the role about?

As an HR Projects Graduate, you’ll work closely with senior HR leaders and colleagues across the UK to support the planning, coordination and delivery of HR projects. A core focus of the role will be supporting and helping to drive our UK wellbeing strategy, playing a hands‑on role in initiatives that enhance colleague experience and wellbeing outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real‑world HR project experience, build strong stakeholder relationships and develop your career within a global, people‑focused organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of multiple HR projects and workstreams, tracking actions, milestones and outcomes
  • Contributing to the design, rollout and evaluation of wellbeing initiatives across the UK business
  • Preparing project updates, presentations and documentation for stakeholders and governance forums
  • Supporting data collection and analysis (e.g. surveys, feedback and participation metrics) to measure impact
  • Assisting with the review and improvement of HR processes to enhance efficiency and colleague experience
  • Working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence and wider stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

  • A recent graduate (or equivalent) in HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An analytical mindset with interest or experience in working with data and insights
  • A collaborative, proactive and solutions‑focused approach
  • A genuine interest in HR, wellbeing and colleague experience
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and willingness to learn new systems
