Airworthiness Graduate (2 year fixed-term) – Graduate Technical Services Engineer – 24 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are looking to appoint a graduate engineer to join our Continuing Airworthiness Team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for aviation and a desire to start their career in a technical, office-based role within a regulated airworthiness environment. The position is offered on a 24-month fixed term contract, with the potential to transition into a full-time, permanent role based on performance and business need.
What the role involves
This role supports the technical oversight of our fleet of Boeing aircraft and will involve working closely with experienced engineers across the Continuing Airworthiness team.
Areas you’ll be exposed to include:
- Technical Services Fleet Engineering
- Maintenance Planning and Technical Records
- Reliability Programme Support
- Maintenance Programme Development and Review
- Other airworthiness tasks as required to support the safe and compliant operation of the fleet
You’ll gain hands-on experience in how a CAMO organisation operates and how technical data is used to maintain continuing airworthiness across a global operation.
Who we’re looking for
- A graduate (or final-year student completing their degree this academic year) in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Someone passionate about aviation and keen to develop within a technical airworthiness role
- A team player with strong organisational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and able to pick up new systems quickly
