Key Responsibilities:

• Support Operate production within a traffic responsibility area with high quality and at lowest possible cost.
• Support to maintain team spirit within your peers and ensure good cooperation with other DHL departments and functions.
• Provide quality work together with other functions within DHL Freight and suppliers according to set KPI’s.
• Support to Coordinate, optimize and manage traffic within the assigned area of responsibility in collaboration with contracted subcontractors and other departments, both domestically and abroad.
• Support to Analyze and improve traffic in collaboration with Trade Lane Managers.
• Support the communication of imbalances and volume needs.
• Ensures that all interactions are compliant with DPDHL Code of Conduct and other compliance requirements e.g. anti-corruption.

Skills and Experience:

• Good organisational, IT and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office package.
• Knowledge of transport business, product and processes desirable but not compulsory.
• Business acumen.
• Experience in cost control and management desirable but not compulsory.
• Good communication skills both individually and in front of the group.
• Be aware of Health and Safety standards, along with a high understanding of dignity and diversity in the workplace.
• Have a methodical and organised approach to work with the ability to think ahead and prioritise tasks.
