We’re DHL Supply Chain, the world\\\’s leading logistics company. We’re seeking a Transport Shift Manager to take the helm of our daily transport operations at Livingston (EH54 8AS).
Contract type: Permanent (Full-Time) | Shift patterns: Tuesday to Saturday, 6am-2pm (flexible to cover where needed) | Location: Livingston, UK | Salary: £38,000 per annum | Grade: RCS M

This role is focused on leading our transport operations and driving excellence within the network.
What you\\\’ll do
- Accountable for the delivery of all aspects of the shift operation, ensuring the delivery of efficient and customer-focused service
- Ensure colleagues are managed effectively to achieve all required standards of operational performance
- Manage transport resources to ensure safe and legal operations; enforce walk-around inspections, load security, and gatehouse checks
- Conduct effective shift briefs and performance dialogues
- Support the achievement of all operational and financial KPIs
- Manage driver performance/behaviours through Telematics to identify major discrepancies and manage through the appropriate processes
