Transport First Line Manager (Day shift) based Stoke on Trent
Pay Rate: £33,742 based on a 42 hour week
Grade: O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:30
Location: Stoke On Trent – ST4 4DG
What you’ll do
- Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers
- Innovate & Optimise: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success
- Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone
- Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best
- Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
