We\”re looking for OMS Clerk to perform various Administrative and operational tasks for a retail and convenience warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders in the OMS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability for orders.
- Customer Communication: Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any issues that may arise.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve order-related issues, such as discrepancies or delays, in a timely manner.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to order fulfillment, inventory levels, and operational performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as logistics and sales, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications / Skills
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately input and manage order information to minimize errors.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple orders and tasks effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with order management systems and software, along with basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, WOS, Payroll and user systems).
- Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to providing excellent service and addressing customer needs promptly.
- Familiarity with Kronos, Smart times and Payroll systems would be beneficial.
