About the Role
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support that helps keep our airline operations running smoothly. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, ensuring key processes are completed accurately and on time. Your work will have a direct impact on our ability to operate safely and deliver outstanding service.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and renewing airside passes for DHL Air personnel
- Planning vehicle maintenance and arranging airside vehicle passes
- Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries and escalating when needed
- Providing meeting support, including preparing materials and taking minutes
- Producing business-related certificates and uploading them to the training database
- Maintaining training records and monitoring expiry dates
- Supporting daily and weekly aircraft catering coordination
- Providing holiday cover for the wider team
- Delivering general administrative support as required
What We're Looking For

Required:
- Five GCSEs (AβC / 9β4), or equivalent, including Maths and English
- Administration experience in a business or similar environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Nice to Have:
- Experience taking meeting minutes
- Familiarity with PowerPoint
