We’re a lean, high-performing SEO agency working with 30 eCommerce brands across the UK. With a strong focus on results, technical excellence, and commercial insight, we help our clients grow their organic search performance month after month. As a team of five and growing rapidly, we’re now looking for an Associate SEO Consultant to join us and play a vital role in managing client accounts and delivering SEO value.

The Role

As an Associate SEO Consultant, you’ll support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll be trained across all key SEO disciplines - from technical audits and keyword research to on-page optimisation and reporting - and you’ll play an active part in implementing strategies that drive real performance. This role is ideal for someone with some hands‑on SEO or digital marketing experience who wants to sharpen their skills, work directly with clients, and progress quickly in a small, fast-moving agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support monthly SEO delivery across client accounts (mainly eCommerce)
  • Assist in client communication, task planning, and reporting
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Write or brief SEO‑optimised product and collection page content
  • Help with technical SEO tasks such as crawl audits, indexation fixes, and Core Web Vitals improvements
  • Monitor and report on performance using tools like GA4, GSC, and Ahrefs
  • Collaborate with consultants and the founder to meet client goals and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

  • A Marketing background or education
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles - on-page, technical, and keyword targeting
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using or learning tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs
  • Eager to take initiative, contribute to discussions, and grow quickly
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Shopify or eCommerce SEO experience (a bonus, not essential)

What You’ll Get

  • £24,000 starting salary with monthly commission incentives
  • Full training across all areas of SEO strategy and client management
  • Direct mentorship from the founder and senior consultants
  • Exposure to a broad range of eCommerce businesses and SEO challenges
  • Clear career progression pathway in a fast growing, ambitious agency
  • Flexibility to work remotely with autonomy and trust
