Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Trainee Management Accountant, based in South Manchester. In this role, you will assist in preparing financial statements, managing accruals, reconciling accounts, managing monthly payroll for the Group and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. You will analyse financial data, provide actionable insights, and work closely with team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making. Additionally, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience in accounting practices within the healthcare industry.
An important part of this role will be studying for the CIMA qualification alongside work responsibilities. The role will provide a broad and valuable accounting and finance experience which will complement the CIMA studies to give a strong and robust financial training. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing, acquisitive private equity backed business in Manchester and will provide the foundations for a successful career in Finance.

Eligibility
All applicants must be fully eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions or additional visa requirements.
Academic Qualifications - Required
- Degree: Achieved (or on course to achieve by July 2026) a minimum of a 2:1 degree (Upper Second Class Honours) in Accounting & Finance or similar.
- A Level or equivalent: Minimum of AAB.
- GCSE or equivalent: Minimum of 8 grade 6-9, including grade 7 or above in both Mathematics and English.
