Supervise the Finance & Accounts operations of the company. Verified daily expenditures, vouchers, requisitions, and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure accurate calculation, deduction, and deposit of all applicable taxes (AIT, VAT, TDS, etc.) in compliance with government rules and regulations. Ensured timely submission of Withholding Tax, Monthly VAT Return and Company Tax Return with all required documents.

Monitor VAT compliance including Mushak-6.2.1 (Purchase & Sales Register), Mushak-6.3 (VAT Challan), Mushak-6.6 (VDS Certificate), and Mushak-4.3 (Input-Output Coefficient). Handle VAT audits, queries, and correspondence with authorities in a timely and professional manner. Monitor, supervise & guide the team members for the timely preparation of Audited and unaudited financial statement of the company.

Prepare various official letters in English to the Bank for LC and Banking purpose. Manage annual external audits & liaise with external auditors during audit period. Preparation and submission of required returns to NBR, Customs & Bangladesh Bank etc. Liaison with various Government offices, Banks, Insurance companies, and other related offices. Manage different type of fund like Provident fund, Gratuity fund, WPPF. Handle other work assigned by the Management.
