We are recruiting for an experienced Transport Manager to join our client s Operations team in Crawley. Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant management of a fleet of 30+ vehicles, ensuring operational performance and regulatory standards are consistently maintained. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day operation of a 30+ vehicle fleet. * Ensure full Operator Licence and transport compliance. * Oversee route planning, driver welfare and resource allocation. * Monitor KPIs, operational performance and transport costs. * Manage PCNs, fines, tolls and supplier invoices. * Conduct compliance audits and prepare management reports. * Ensure drivers maintain CPC and other required training. * Drive continuous improvement across transport operations. About You * Transport Manager with 3-5 years experience. * Strong knowledge of UK transport legislation and fleet compliance. * Experienced in logistics planning and fleet management systems. * Confident leader with excellent communication skills. * Commercially aware, organised and solutions-focused.
