Our client, an electrical and distribution company based in Altens, is looking for a reliable and proactive Stores Person to join their busy warehouse team in an ongoing position.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock
- Picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Maintaining an organised and clean warehouse environment
- Updating stock levels using scanning equipment and warehouse management systems
- Operating a forklift truck safely (B1 licence required)
Experience required:
- A valid B1 forklift licence – essential
- Previous experience in a warehouse or store environment would be beneficial
- Computer-savvy – comfortable using scanners and stock control systems
