We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Master Technician to join our busy and successful workshop in Falkirk. Working on a wide range of cars and light commercial vehicles, you will play a key role in diagnosing complex faults, carrying out advanced repairs, and supporting the workshop team with technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults on cars and vans.
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
Use the latest diagnostic equipment and technical information systems.
Support and mentor other technicians within the workshop.
Complete all job cards and service documentation accurately.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Master Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or Senior Vehicle Technician.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across cars and light commercial vehicles.
Relevant automotive qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, IMI, or equivalent).
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
