As a Patient Support at Dedalus, you will help patients book, reschedule, cancel and manage their health appointments online 24/7. Our After Sales team plays a key role in helping customers navigate any issues they may have, ensuring users of our software solutions have the best possible experience. You will make a profound impact across the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an email support channel for patients to book, change or reschedule their healthcare appointments as needed.
  • Resolve patient issues in one reply and educate patients on self‐serve options to improve their experience.
  • Support customers across the UK and Ireland, covering multiple appointment types and queries.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a clear, positive and friendly style of writing.
