What you’ll achieve
- You’ll lead the regional rollout and operational adoption of ORBIS Go-to-Market initiatives and product releases in the UK.
- You will ensure alignment between central governance, regional readiness and local execution, and act as the primary coordination point between global Business Operations / Transition & Launch teams and the UKI organization.
- You will support structured launch activities, enablement, communication and readiness across Sales, Delivery and Support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and coordinate ORBIS product launches and Go-to-Market initiatives in the UK, ensuring structured and high‑quality market introduction.
- Act as the primary regional interface between customers, Sales, Delivery, Product and Transfer & Launch teams during launch and early adoption phases.
- Support initial deployments and strategic customer engagements to drive adoption, collect feedback and identify early risks or issues.
- Monitor launch execution and early‑life performance, coordinating resolution of critical issues with regional and global stakeholders.
- Follow up on delivery of product requirements identified in the pre‑assessment and launch phase.
- Ensure transfer outputs such as training, documentation, scope and readiness assets are effectively applied in real customer environments.
- Support regional readiness across Sales, Delivery and Support teams during launch activities.
- Capture customer feedback, lessons learned and regional insights, contributing to continuous improvement of Transfer & Launch processes and standards.
- Promote adoption of standardized launch, readiness and enablement practices across the UK organization.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in healthcare software, enterprise software or similarly complex customer environments.
- Background in Delivery, Customer Success, Go-to‑Market, Product Enablement or implementation‑related roles.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional activities across Sales, Delivery, Product and Support organizations.
- Good understanding of software deployment, customer adoption and operational readiness processes.
- Experience working with strategic customers and managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
- ORBIS and/or Dedalus experience strongly preferred.
Desirable Requirements
- Internal candidate with deep knowledge of the UK healthcare ecosystem and ORBIS landscape preferred.
