We have ambitious plans to grow our celebrated Hills & Harbour Gin and special Single Malt Scotch Whisky. We are on the hunt for highly motivated Craft Distiller, with a huge passion for all things distilling, a thirst to learn new processes and great communication skills. Reporting to the distillery manager your key responsibilities will include: – Execute the operational plans – Quality control – Uphold all regulations and legislations – Monthly reporting to w1 and APPA system – Deputising for the Distillery Manager in production – Health and Safety registers upkeep – SALSA recording Our ideal candidate: – Experience in the craft of distillation (preferred) – Experience in distilling or brewing is essential – A flexible and “can do” attitude – Passion for achieving quality – Attention to detail for the recording and delivery of all compliance legislation – Excellent communication and people skills – Curious in nature, always looking to improve – Full driver’s license A competitive salary is on offer, based on experience, and additional training will be provided.
