The Board of Trustees are the Governing body for the Association. We have a strong vision and drive to deliver excellence in person centred care and support, seeking to empower and build confidence in the people who use our services to lead healthy and fulfilled daily lifestyles.
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation and drive forward further development, sustainability and quality of service provision. The role requires a dynamic leader with an appetite for growth and transformational change, whilst not losing sight of our core values to shape the future of the Association.
You will have a proven track record in innovation and change directly improving the delivery of services, modelled by the lived experience of people affected by mental health and be self-motivated to develop and maintain positive team dynamics across our range of expanding services.
Working in partnership with the people who use our services and stakeholders including Strategic Planning and Commissioning, Care Inspectorate, Social Work, Housing and Homeless, NHS Mental Health and Third Sector Services, you will be the driving force for developing and implementing strategic business plans, leading on partnership contract working, business development and ensuring best practice and quality compliance across all areas of operation.
Reporting to the Chair of the Board the post holder will lead, manage and be responsible for a Senior Management Team with responsibility for strategic planning, financial integrity, operational management, property portfolio, estates management, quality assurance, human resources, IT services and support and health and safety.
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working at a similar level with a proven track record of leadership and transformational change within a Social Care, Social Work, Health or Housing setting or similar. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a PVG check.
