Barista / Front of House – Pan’s Café, Dumfries

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our team at Pan’s Café — a quirky, plant-filled spot inspired by Peter Pan, serving great coffee, hearty breakfasts, and creative brunches.

What you’ll do:

Make consistently high-quality coffees and drinks
Welcome customers with a warm, engaging attitude
Take orders, serve food and drinks, and keep the front of house running smoothly
Keep the café clean, tidy, and full of positive energy
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure great service
What we’re looking for:

Experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role (preferred, but not essential – training provided)
A love for good coffee and good conversation
A calm, can-do attitude, even during busy spells
A team player who takes pride in great service
