JOIN OUR TEAM – MULTI-SKILLED WARDEN- all year
Coastal Kippford Holiday Park is looking for a reliable, friendly and multi-skilled person to join our team.
Live on-site in a 2-bedroom, 28ft caravan provided as part of the role.
WORKING HOURS
Sunday: Off
Monday: Off
Tuesday: On-call 5:30pm–8:30am
Wed & Thursday: 8:30am–3pm + on-call 5:30pm–8:30am, linen & barn stock take & warden maintenance
Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm (welcome pack & warden maintenance)
Saturday: 10am–4pm (reception)

THE ROLE
- Preparing holiday caravans for guests, including general maintenance
- linen stock take & storage organisation
- Saturday reception management, including taking payments, online and telephone bookings
- Managing the maintenance job book and guest maintenance requests
- Responding to evening emergency call-outs
- Delivering and changing gas bottles
- General site maintenance and upkeep
- Cleaning and maintaining 4 touring toilet & shower facilities
- Supporting the wider team to ensure the park is well presented and guests receive a great experience
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone who is:
- IT literate and confident using email, Microsoft systems, booking platforms and payment systems
- Practical, with good general DIY and maintenance skills
- A team player who is friendly, social and confident dealing with customers
- Holds a full driving licence and has their own car
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry gas bottles and undertake general site maintenance
- Reliable, hands-on and happy to get stuck into a varied role
This is a hands-on position in a beautiful holiday park environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, meeting people and being part of a small team.
