About the role
This is primarily a frontline care role with additional Senior responsibilities.
You’ll continue delivering exceptional, person-centred care while supporting the Registered Manager and Care Coordinator to maintain high standards across the service.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Supporting and mentoring Care & Support Workers.
- Supporting the induction, shadowing and ongoing development of new team members.
- Promoting best practice and maintaining high standards of care.
- Completing quality assurance tasks, spot checks and observations as required.
- Reporting concerns promptly and contributing to continuous service improvement.
- Working closely with the management team to ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Has previous experience working within the care sector.
- Is compassionate, reliable and organised.
- Leads by example and supports colleagues.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
- Is registered with, or willing to register with, the SSSC.
