From our unspoilt home in Galloway, our natural curiosity created a rare quality of spirits that deliver big in creativity & flavour. We have ambitious plans to grow our celebrated Sasseanch Spirits, Hills & Harbour Spirits and our yet to be launched special Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

We are on the hunt for a highly motivated Shop & Tour Guide with a passion for learning and excellent people and communication skills. Full training will be given.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver 5 star customer service & brand promotion
  • Deliver 5 star distillery tours
  • Drive sales across our range of spirits
  • Represent Galloway Distillery at internal and external events
  • Tour preparation and fulfilment
  • Manage tour bookings
  • SALSA & licensing requirements
  • Order fulfilment
  • Stock ordering
  • Stock takes
  • Drinks service
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in customer facing sales and service is essential
  • Outgoing personality, with a passion for people
  • Experience in a distillery role is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given
  • Full driver’s license
