We are seeking an experienced and reliable Sales Assistant with a background in builders’ merchants to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and day-to-day clerical duties
- Liaising with customers both face-to-face and over the telephone
- Preparing and generating customer quotations
- Processing orders and handling enquiries efficiently
- Replenishing and maintaining shop stock levels
- Supporting the smooth running of the office and trade counter
Requirements
- Previous experience in a builders’ merchant or similar environment (essential)
