37.5hrs per week (normally Monday to Friday 0800-1630) £13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage). Additional hours will be expected to be worked during evenings and weekends at costed events.

The Usual Place Cafe is a not for personal profit organisation based in Dumfries. You will work as part of a team who work with young people aged 16-26 to deliver a welcoming customer experience, enabling them to gain the skills they need to achieve employment in the hospitality or retail industries.

You will have warmth, enthusiasm and a creative approach to your work along with the ability to engage positively with a wide range of people.
