We are seeking an instructor to deliver mandatory and in‑house training courses to professionals within the Health & Social Care industry. The Commercial Development and Delivery Team is responsible for delivering a variety of professional qualifications, including certificated and bespoke courses, at a college that aims to be one step ahead.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Health & Social Care Instructors with current, relevant qualifications and experience to deliver a range of mandatory and bespoke training courses to the sector.
  • Instructors will deliver from the following range of qualifications, depending on their experience and relevant qualifications:
    • Workshops
    • Infection Control
    • Medication Awareness
    • Adult Support and Protection
    • Introduction to Social Care Course
    • HNC Social Services
    • PDA Health & Social Care Supervision

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • A relevant certification in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Practical experience working within a care setting.
  • A Group Training Certificate or similar (desirable).
  • Experience delivering mandatory or certificated training courses such as Moving and Handling, Infection Control, Medication Awareness.
  • Strong customer service, organisational, team‑working, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital skills relevant to the role, including MS Office and any job‑specific systems.
  • Adaptability to evolving digital tools and a willingness to continuously improve digital competencies.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
