Full‑Time Job Opportunity at Carbon Capture Scotland – based near Crocketford / Haugh of Urr – offers a great opportunity to join our current team of Dry Ice Technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Opening/closing of the factory
- Day‑to‑day production/packing of Dry Ice
- Logging and labelling production ready for collection
- Carrying out quality checks as required
- Loading/unloading of wagons
- Ensuring the yard and workshop are clean and tidy, amongst other odd jobs
- Maintenance of machines
- Some computer work (manning chats/updating order system for holiday cover)
Requirements:
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Have good organisational skills
- Be able to follow H&S instructions
- Forklift licence an advantage, but training will be given to the right candidate
- Due to our rural location a driving licence is essential
This would be a great opportunity for someone to get started in a career within a sustainable industry. The factory is open 7 days per week, 365 days per year. The shift pattern on offer is 4 days on and 4 days off, 12‑hour shifts currently 7 am to 7 pm. Salary and holidays will be advised at point of interview.
