Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Multi-Trade Production Assistant to support our workshop and production teams. The successful candidate will work alongside our highly skilled trades people assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist joiners, electricians, and plumbers with day‑to‑day production and installation tasks.
  • Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for production activities.
  • Move, handle, and store materials safely within the workshop and site areas.
  • Support the assembly, fabrication, and preparation of products as directed.
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness, including sweeping, tidying, waste disposal, and organizing work areas.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are returned to designated storage locations after use.
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times and help maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct basic inspections of tools and equipment and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
  • Assist with stock control, deliveries, and inventory management when required.
  • Support loading and unloading of vehicles and deliveries.
  • Carry out general workshop and production duties as assigned by supervisors.
