Term: 42hrs per week

Location: Iron & Pine HQ, Dalbeattie

Pay & Benefits: Hourly rate competitive depending on experience, plus training allowance and standard employee benefits that includes holiday pay and quarterly attendance bonus.

We have a great opportunity for the right person to join our team at Iron & Pine creating amazing modular buildings. Our highly skilled team of joiners, welders and fabricators produce luxury spaces for clients all over the UK. We are a relatively small team who share a common aim of creating innovative, stylish products. We pride ourselves on producing to the highest quality standards and we’re looking for someone who shares that approach. You will also need to enjoy solving problems, be a good communicator with great people skills and work well with others.

Who we are looking for?

  • Time served Joiner with broad experience
  • Self-starter who enjoys finding solutions to problems
  • Positive team player
  • Focussed on attention to detail and takes pride in producing luxury products
  • Driving licence preferable

Main Duties

  • Understand technical drawings from architects and suppliers
  • Be able to adapt working process to each bespoke design
  • Fitting of kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and flooring
  • Studwork and panel fitting
  • Creating external cladding in a variety of designs and patterns
  • Second fix and finishing details
  • Periodically required to travel and complete work on-site, however majority of work will be within our workshop
