Service Watch Agent for a permanent, full‑time role based in a hybrid/remote arrangement with visits to the Bedworth office.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a customer focused repair service.
- Engage with repair companies and internal departments to provide support, advice and interventions ensuring customer repairs are undertaken promptly and to high standards.
- Develop good working relationships with contractors to improve performance against KPIs.
- Monitor repair contractors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and report analysis of performance against KPIs, targets and budget.
- Ensure policies and services reflect best practice and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in consumer electronics, domestic appliances or central heating sectors.
- Experience in claims management and familiarity with KPIs.
- Strong focus on delivering the best customer journey outcomes.
- Understanding of cost and quality management.
- Effective interpersonal, written and communication skills at all levels, from external stakeholders to internal Director level.
- High level of organisation with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to adapt to sudden change.
