Finalité / Descriptif synthétique: Sous l'autorité du responsable de subdivision et dans un souci permanent de fiabilité et de qualité relationnelle, l'agent assure l'accueil du public et la prise en charge des différentes activités de secrétariat. Il réalise différents travaux administratifs, logistiques et d'assistance liés à l'activité des travailleurs sociaux, du psychologue et du responsable.

Temps de travail: Temps complet

Activités principales:

  • Assurer l'accueil physique et/ou téléphonique d'usagers, d'agents ou de partenaires institutionnels;
  • Recevoir, écouter l'usager et l'orienter vers l'interlocuteur adapté;
  • Enregistrer tous courriers « arrivée » et « départ » et s'assurer de leur transmission aux destinataires concernés;
  • Saisir les informations dans une base de données et s'assurer d'une mise à jour régulière des tableaux de suivis;
  • Classer, ranger, archiver et numériser les dossiers de l'antenne;
  • Participer à l'élaboration des états chiffrés ou des statistiques;
  • Participer aux réunions d'équipe et en établir un compte rendu.

Critères candidat

Niveau d'études min. requis: Niveau 4 Baccalauréat

Spécialité souhaitable: Secrétariat

Compétences:

  • Connaissance des procédures administratives;
  • Connaissance de la légalité des actes administratifs;
  • Maîtrise de l'outil informatique et des outils de bureautique (Word, Excel, etc.);
  • Maîtrise de la rédaction administrative en langue française;
  • Maîtrise de la langue tahitienne;
  • Respect de la confidentialité;
  • Sens de l'accueil;
  • Esprit d'initiative, de créativité et sens aigu de l'organisation;
  • Grande disponibilité d'écoute et de partage des connaissances;
  • Sens du travail en équipe et en partenariat.
