Finalité / Descriptif synthétique: L'agent réalise des opérations techniques liées à la culture des végétaux d'extérieur (arbres fruitiers, d'ornements ou forestiers). Il assure l'entretien du site d'affectation (tonte, désherbage, nettoyage, rangement, etc).

Définition du poste

Temps de travail: Temps complet

Activités principales:

  • Préparer le plateau technique (matériels de production et de protection des plants, semences, emplacement des pots, etc.)
  • Récolter, nettoyer, trier, sélectionner et sécher des graines et des noyaux avant mise en germination
  • Préparer les semences par trempage dans un bouillon et séchage
  • Réaliser les semis et en assurer leur protection contre les rongeurs
  • Produire des plants avec les techniques adaptées (franc de pieds, semi, greffage, drageonnage, marcottage, etc.)
  • Transplanter les plantules dans les pots en respectant la taille des pousses et le développement racinaire
  • Arroser et ombrager les plants
  • Mettre en place et gérer une parcelle d'agrumes de démonstration et une parcelle de fruitiers divers sous serre pour constitution de parc à bois (greffons et semences)
  • Entretenir les espaces verts dans une pépinière

Niveau d'études min. requis: Niveau 1 Maîtrise des savoirs de base
