Temps de travail: Temps complet

Activités principales:

  • Recueillir les besoins matériels du secteur de Taha'a;
  • Préparer et établir une commande;
  • Prospecter et établir des devis selon les règles de la commande publique;
  • Réceptionner la marchandise;
  • Vérifier les quantités et la conformité du matériel ou de la marchandise en fonction de la commande et de la facture;
  • Ranger et classer les matériels par catégorie;
  • Assurer l'entretien du lieu de stockage et du matériel;
  • Gérer les entrées et sorties de matériel en vérifiant l'état des matériels restitués;
  • Effectuer des contrôles réguliers du stock;
  • Procéder à l'inventaire du matériel et des produits à l'issue d'une opération;
  • Réaliser un inventaire annuel;
  • Appliquer les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité au travail.
