Our DGI Study Trips (DST) division specialises in educational group travel, working in partnership with Colleges, Universities and other education providers, to tailor bespoke study experiences and travel itineraries to inspire students outside of the classroom. It's an exciting time to come and join us! Our Operations Team provide a high-level service to Academic and Charity clients to support them in their vital work around the globe.
We are currently recruiting for experienced Travel Consultants (Dutch/German speakers) to join the team. You will receive comprehensive training covering all elements of the role including our reservations systems and processes. In return you’ll receive some fantastic benefits:
- Attractive salary between 28k - 33k (dependant on direct travel experience and premium for fluent Dutch language) plus OTE bonus (uncapped, links to performance)

Job Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch/German and English (both written and spoken) is essential
- A passion for travel with demonstrable energy and self-motivation
- Experience dealing with high volumes of email and call requests processing complex travel bookings
- Previous experience working as a Business Travel Consultant
- Good GDS knowledge - Galileo preferable but training can be given
- The ability to achieve individual and team targets
If you are interested in the Dutch Business Travel Consultant role and meet the requirements outlined above, then please do get in touch. Hours of work are 8.45am - 5.30pm (1 week), 8am - 4.45pm (1 week), 7am - 3.45pm (1 week) Monday – Friday, and your rota will involve one weekend day every six weeks (with a day off in lieu midweek). The role may be based at either our central Manchester office on a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office), or from home (UK).
