We are looking for a Dutch speaker as EU Account Manager to join our Account Management Team to support growth in the EU regions.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and drive renewal business. Key tasks will include:
- Providing an exceptional Account Management service to our clients
- Conducting client visits and developing strong working relationships
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to grow existing accounts and win new business
- Providing analysis of travel purchasing data and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Preparing and presenting information including RFI’s and Tender Proposals alongside the New Business Team
- Conducting client presentations, web demonstrations and product training
- Identifying and attending client specific exhibitions and other promotional and networking events
Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- Proven account management experience, ideally working with client in the not for profit, academic and charity sectors
- Ability to develop and nurture strong working relationships internally and externally
- Ability to offer exceptional support and present, negotiate and close renewal
- Confident networking and relationship-building skills
- Good organisational, planning and multi-tasking ability
- Strong IT competency - particularly Excel, Word, Power Point and CRM systems
- Essential to hold a full UK driving licence

This role requires regular travel to our Manchester office and to Europe, and the hours of work are Monday – Friday, 8.45am – 5.30pm (UK time).
Our office is based in Manchester City Centre, and we offer a hybrid working pattern of 3 days office (Tuesday – Thursday) and 2 days working from home (Monday and Friday) or more remote working (in the UK) if you are located further out.
