Process Analyst – Legal Ops & Project Management Team

London | Hybrid | 12-Month FTC | £55,000 plus Benefits

Tired of feeling like your data insights are gathering dust? If you love untangling complex workflows, translating chaos into clarity, and turning numbers into real-world improvements – keep reading, because this one’s for you.

The Role

My client (a leading international firm) is on the lookout for a commercially savvy Process Analyst to join their Legal Operations and Project Management Team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working on a strategic transformation programme that will see you collaborating across multiple teams, making a tangible difference to how things get done.

Your mission? To analyse workflows, crunch data, and map out processes that will shape business improvements. Whether you’re deep-diving into quantitative and qualitative data, developing BI dashboards (big plus if you’ve got experience), or creating clear and engaging process maps, you’ll play a key role in making sense of complex systems and driving meaningful improvements. But this isn’t just about sitting behind a screen – expect plenty of collaboration, workshops, and stakeholder engagement as you turn insights into action.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Getting under the hood of business processes – gathering requirements, mapping workflows, and identifying where things can run smoother.
  2. Analysing data like a pro – spotting trends, extracting insights, and presenting them in a way that makes decision-making easier.
  3. Creating dashboards and reports (BI experience? Even better) to help visualise data and drive informed business decisions.
  4. Documenting processes – from ‘As-Is’ to ‘To-Be’, supporting transformation plans with clear, actionable insights.
  5. Leading workshops & working with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs, secure buy-in, and communicate findings in a way that resonates.
  6. Thinking beyond the job description – this is a fast-moving programme, so you’ll need to be adaptable, proactive, and ready to jump in where needed.

What They’re Looking For

  1. Strong experience in process analysis within a transformation or change environment.
  2. A data-driven mindset , with the ability to translate analysis into compelling visuals and reports.
  3. A confident communicator and collaborator – you’ll be engaging with a variety of stakeholders, so relationship-building is key.
  4. Project and change management knowledge – understanding how process analysis fits into the bigger picture.
  5. Comfortable presenting findings and influencing decision-makers at all levels.
  6. Organised, detail-focused, and great at juggling priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  7. Willing to travel occasionally to other UK and European offices.
