Business Growth Manager – London – £50k + up to 25% bonus (non-commission)

We are currently partnered with a rapidly expanding IT consultancy specialising in digital innovation and services including software and web development, product discovery and design, data science and AI.

As Business Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of the UK business, working closely as part of a lean, high impact, fun and agile team, developing strong relationships with prospects and clients, and providing oversight during delivery of projects in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client relationship management with existing accounts and prospective clients.
  2. Sales and account planning to develop and implement BD strategies.
  3. Proposal development and pitching.

To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrable experience in a business development or account management capacity, within a digital agency, technology services or management consultancy organisation.

Please note, this role is based on-site in the London office 4 days per week.

This role is paying a base salary of up to £50k, with a company and personal performance-based bonus of up to 25%. Please note there is not a commission scheme as part of the role.
