DGHE is seeking a part-time Human Resources Officer (Generalist) to support employee lifecycle processes across the College. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, DBS checks, and HR records, ensuring policy compliance and a professional HR service.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will maintain employee data, assist with performance processes, and support wellbeing and DEI initiatives in collaboration with college leadership.
