A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Windows 11 Deployment Engineer / Floorwalker to join our London based client on an initial 6 Month Contract.

This project involves a Windows 11 deployment, Exchange Online migration, and mobile device enrolment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site, personalized support to end-users during the Active Directory migration and Windows 11 deployment.
- Bridge the gap between technical deployment and user experience, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Proactively engage with users on the floor, offering assistance and support during the Windows 11 deployment, AD migration, Exchange Online migration, and mobile device enrolment.
- Provide immediate, hands-on assistance with Windows 11, Microsoft Authenticator, SSPR, Windows Hello for Business, Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, and Outlook on iOS/Android, and other aspects of the solution.
- Guide users through the process of setting up their devices and accessing and configuring essential applications.
- Assist with mobile device enrolment in Microsoft Intune and setting up Outlook on iOS/Android.
- Reinforce training given by the IT Learning team and deployment technicians.
- Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Basic understanding of mobile devices (iOS and Android) and their common applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
