The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
Hybrid working policy: 3 days per week in the office. The role will be responsible for all aspects of support of my clients database and web environments leveraging MS SQL and MS SharePoint and other services to ensure that the service is maintained to high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive management and analysis of the global server estate which encompasses SQL Server databases, Web, SSO and SharePoint infrastructure and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Daily monitoring and optimization, adhering to Microsoft best practice guidelines, to ensure all servers and environment are performing to their optimal ability.
- Deep dive technical troubleshooting when issues are escalated by support functions.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Experience of providing 3rd line support to database and web infrastructure environments
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server database environments (largely on premise)
- Strong knowledge of web infrastructure environments - IIS
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services
