We are partnered with a globally recognised engineering and assurance organisation to recruit for a Project Manager on an initial 12 month contract. The role is paying £720pd outside IR35 with a hybrid working policy of 2 days per week in the London office.
As Project Manager, you will be leading three key areas on the programme:
- The transfer of clients onto a different Sales Entity and all the comms/finance/systems requirements that go with that;
- The closure of numerous Entities globally which are no longer required, working closely with internal Legal teams;
- The review of 3rd party supplier spend globally to identify opportunities for cost savings and combining contracts.
Previous experience working on Legal Entity closures is essential, ideally within a professional services or regulated organisation.
