The Senior Business Architect will help build a new Business Architecture practice supporting a major transformation programme. The role focuses on shaping business architecture, establishing standards and ways of working, and enabling efficient, sustainable organisational change.
People Management and Leadership
- Leading a cohort of Business Architects, building the team, managing performance, overseeing delivery, and developing the team.
Business Architecture Practice
- Working with the Head of and other leaders, developing a strong, high performing function, creating consistent ways of working, methodologies and delivery approaches.
- Developing and leading the application and continuous improvement of business architecture tools, service patterns and business journey blueprints.
Designing and Assuring Transformation and Change deliverables
- Providing the architectural input for design and assurance outputs and assurance, ensuring solutions enable delivery of target outcomes and deliverables.
What you'll bring:
- Senior level, broad experience of Business Architecture practice development and deployment, including development, application and continuous improvement of business architecture tools and tooling in a large, complex operating model setting.
- People Leadership, Management and Team development experience, ideally experience in creating teams from scratch.
- Experience and knowledge in clienting professional services partners to deliver successful outcomes.
