We're looking for a hands-on Power Platform Product Specialist to help design, develop and enhance business-critical solutions that improve user experience, drive efficiency and support continued growth.
The Role
Working within a collaborative Applications team, you'll build, support and optimise solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, working closely with architects, analysts and business stakeholders to deliver impactful technology solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
- Supporting and improving Dynamics 365 environments and wider Microsoft-based applications.
- Troubleshooting issues, managing escalations and implementing long-term improvements.
- Producing documentation, user guidance and training materials.
- Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Contributing to platform governance, best practices, roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
- Experience with Dataverse and the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security and ALM practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational and customer service abilities.
Desirable:
- Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Studio, AI Builder or Azure integrations.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 or PL-600.
- Experience within a professional services environment.
