My Law firm client are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join them for a 6 month contract. Working closely with internal stakeholders to define and manage requirements for a large-scale project, transitioning to ServiceNow from legacy ticketing and workflow tools.
My client are looking for candidates with:
- At least 5 years working experience as a BA, preferably in Legal or IT fields
- Project experience of ServiceNow platform delivery
- Direct engagement with stakeholders at all levels
- The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
- Experience of working within a Legal organization
- Demonstrated ability to help teams transition from manual processes to digital service platforms.
This role is a 6 month contract paying up to £565pd INSIDE IR35.
