Hybrid Working: 3 days per week in the office in London. The role will focus on the BAU operations of my clients digital workplace environment and will be responsible for the administration, configuration, optimisation and support of Microsoft 365 services. The role will work closely with security, infrastructure, governance, and support teams to deliver a high-quality user experience and drive adoption of M365 capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage core M365 services via the M365 Admin Center, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Co-pilot and relevant areas of Entra ID.
- Monitor service health, incident response, and change notifications from the Microsoft 365 Message Centre.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of security.
