Lead Business Analyst – Manchester – up to £62,000pa - Hybrid (1-2 days onsite) Our client are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Change and Transformation team, providing Business Analysis support to their Transformation Programme. You will be working closely with Business Subject Matter Experts, Programme Workstream Leads, Technology colleagues and wider transformation teams. Gaining insight to understand business needs, capture requirements, analyse current processes and support the design of improved end-to-end services. Experience translating between technical concepts and business language. • Business Analyst Manager experience, mentoring or coaching team members. Previous experience working within the Housing sector, or similar environments would be beneficial for this opportunity. This role is a perm position, offering up to £62,000pa.
