Hybrid working: 1 day per week required in the office. The role will be responsible for designing and governing my clients application and integration landscape that supports business critical functions across the business. My client has migrated significant services to the cloud and now requires a lead architect to design and build the next generation of solutions including core finance and HR technology landscape, automating data flows, integrating systems, supporting in the delivery of real-time reporting and analysis, whilst driving a more mature awareness to data architecture and governance across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of integrations across technology platforms and solutions.
- Ownership of integration and application architecture in alignment to Business and IT Strategy.
- Ensuring technology platforms integrate efficiently, securely, and consistently.
- Delivering architectural governance, documentation and artefacts, with high-quality design standards to agreed timeframes.
- Modernising legacy integrations with repeatable, scalable and well architected designs.
- Apply and enforce architectural core principles and standards.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
- Engagement with internal and external delivery teams, including third parties and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Strong knowledge of IT Integration, ERP, HR and orchestration technology.
- Strong experience of working within a Microsoft centric technology environment (MS Azure).
- Deep understanding of API design, lifecycle management and monitoring.
- Experience with as many of the following as possible; Microsoft Azure, Workday HR Systems, Workato Integration technology or similar, SAP ERP systems.
- Certifications such as AZ-305 or TOGAF (desirable).
