London: 3 days per week required in the office. Initial 6 month contract to join a leading global professional services firm to provide mostly BAU support of their Modern Workplace and end user computing environment leveraging M365/O365.
The role will require subject matter expertise of Intune including policy configuration, application deployment, and device management. Additionally, M365 SaaS administration, including elements such as accounts and group management, licenses, and policies. A broad understanding of enterprise networking, end-user device management, unified communications, and 3rd line issue resolution are key. You will be expected to have enterprise, multi site experience covering Intune, Entra ID, Azure, AD and Hybrid environments.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Windows 10 and 11
- Microsoft Intune (policy configuration, app deployment & device management)
- PowerShell Scripting
- Active Directory and Azure AD
- Application Packaging (i.e ORCA, PSADT)
- M365 administration (OneDrive, Teams)
- 3rd line engineering support for O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote)
- Strong experience in securing hybrid Microsoft environments using Zero Trust principles
- Strong working knowledge of working in an ITIL environment
- Certifications (E.g. MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900) highly desirable
- Previous experience of working within the legal or professional services industry is desirable
